The human body contains seven fundamental Chakras. Each Chakra has a specific location, function, influence, and associated color. These are the seven energy centers within us.

The chakras represent the various levels we must progress through to achieve ultimate nirvana. We begin at the base center (Root Chakra) and move upward, to the pinnacle, which is the crown center, (the Crown Chakra) which is nearly unattainable.

During meditation, we concentrate on the base center, guiding a bright light upward through each chakra to the crown center and then back down. We take deep breaths in through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth, focusing solely on the light and the chakras.

If there's a blockage, you'll feel it. This is why understanding chakra meditation is essential before you begin. It's an excellent method to clear your body of blockages. If one of your chakras is obstructed, you might experience an unusual sensation or various feelings. Simply relax and either pause or continue by concentrating on that specific chakra to identify the issue.

Any blockage can be resolved and healed, which is why people often feel imbalanced. Typically, one or more of their chakras are blocked. To practice the meditation, choose a calm, quiet spot and settle into a comfortable position that suits you best. You can sit with your feet on the floor and your palms facing upward or lie down comfortably while placing the corresponding crystal on each chakra. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax before you begin. Next, imagine a bright light and start your chakra meditation.

Final thought: Clearing and cleansing blockages requires time, so consistent practice is essential for achieving inner balance.
